Robustec nautical ratchets are used, alongside with tie down straps, to drag boats, boats, jet-ski and other marine equipment.  Suitable for use in the sea, they are developed with high quality raw materials and withstand bad weather.

Multiple models and capacities

Available in multiple models and capacities, Robustec nautical ratchets can be used with strap or steel cable, to facilitate the handling and movement of boats. The different models available have the capacity to suspend loads of 450 kg, 540 kg, 900 kg and 1100 kg.

Weight reduction lever

For heavier loads, the nautical ratchets have a reduction lever that decreases the amount of strength required to operate. For example, the RC 2025F nautical ratchet makes it possible to suspend a load of 1100 kg on the first cable line with a lever of 240 mm, requiring only a driving force on the crank of approximately 10.3 kg.

Finish for longer durability

The finish of the ratchets and accessories uses electrolytic zinc  and/or epoxy paint powder, which protects against inclement weather and harsh environments, as well as providing longer durability to the products. In addition, all major parts of the ratchets, such as the gears, receive heat and stainless treatment for a longer service life.

Compliance with standards

Nautical Line equipment is also produced in accordance with the EN 12195-2 reference standards, which deals with the safety requirements for tie down materials, and ABNT 15883-2, that determines the minimum safety requirements for use and testing of tying materials. The use of these safe and resistant equipment is important to avoid accidents and optimize the results of the entire process.
